Health and Safety policy

It is the intention of MSS Global to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees and subcontractors, and any other persons who may be directly affected by the activities of the Company.

 

MSS Global is committed, so far as is reasonably practicable to:

 

  1. Establishing and maintaining a safe working environment.

  2. Developing and implementing appropriate occupational health and safety procedures, and safe working practices.

  3. Aiming to achieve compliance with legal requirements through good occupational health and safety performance.

  4. Maintaining workplaces under our control in a condition that is safe and without risk to health.

  5. Ensuring that significant risks arising from work activities under our control are eliminated or adequately controlled.

  6. Including the management of health and safety as a specific responsibility of managers at all levels.

  7. Ensuring this policy is understood and implemented throughout the organisation.

  8. Ensuring that employees and subcontractors receive appropriate training, and are competent to carry out their designated responsibilities.

  9. Providing sufficient information, instruction and supervision to enable all employees and subcontractors to avoid hazards and contribute to their own health and safety at work, and for the safety of other people who may be affected by their acts or omissions.  

  10. Involving employees and subcontractors in health and safety decisions through consultation and co-operation.

  11. Appointing competent people to assist the company in meeting our obligations including where appropriate, specialists from outside the company.

  12. Encouraging a proactive safety culture.

  13. Continually improving our systems for managing occupational health and safety.

 

This policy will be regularly monitored to ensure that the objectives are achieved. The management system that supports it will be reviewed regularly to ensure compliance, and if necessary, the policy will be revised in the light of incidents, legislative or organisational changes.
